Notice is given that regular meetings of the Region 9 Coordinating Council will be at Region 9 Education Cooperative, 2002 Sudderth Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico 88345 on the dates and times indicated in the linked information below.

Meeting Information

Regular meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. on the following dates:

  4. October 18, 2024
  5. November 15, 2024
  6. December 13, 2024
  7. January 17, 2025
  8. February 21, 2025
  9. March 13, 2025
  10. April 17, 2025
  11. May 15, 2025
  12. June 19, 2025

Function

The council shall be the policy forming and evaluative body of the REC, and it shall perform the following functions:

  • Hire an Executive Director
  • Meet regularly for financial approval and program updates
  • Approve Policies
  • Approve Budgets
